Overnight Bircher Muesli w Toasted Coconut, Chia & Summer Fruits

make in bulk

rolled oats 5 cups
toasted coconut plus extra to serve 1 cup
chia seeds 6 tablespoons
pumpkin seeds
roasted unsalted peanuts
toasted black sesame

combine in a large container & shake

to soak
fill jar half way with bircher mix and fill with coconut water and your preferred milk
add yoghurt
to eat 
cherries halved and pitted
poaches fruit
ripe peach or nectarine stoned and chunkily diced 
mango, banana, nectarines

Organise jars in your fridge for a quick summer breakfast or take it with you.
