Charred Cos Lettuce with Crispy Chickpeas & Feta by Arthur Street Kitchen

Charred romaine (cos) lettuce, topped with crispy chickpeas and feta. This was all made on a barbecue but you can modify using whatever heat source you have available. Grill lettuce & roast chickpeas (add favourite spices).
