2 cups nuts (pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds are a cheap and tasty option)
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
Wash the asparagus and cut off a few centimeters at the bottom of the stalk. Place them in a greased dish or on a baking sheet and place in oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
Crush nuts in a plastic bag. Add a little olive oil and splash over the nuts and asparagus and put back in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Mix vinegar dressing, drizzle it for over asparagus, crumble over the feta cheese and parsley.
