1-2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
sea salt & balck pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1-2 tbsp water
1. In a small bowl combine olive oil with vinegar, pinch of salt, generous pinch of pepper, and maple syrup.
2. Add tahini and turmeric powder. Mix well, then add water (otherwise the dressing will coat).
Store covered in the fridge for up to two weeks.
