note: you can use this recipe for any kind of vegetable. The roasting time may vary.
500 gr carrots (or any other vegetable)
2 tbs honey
2 tbs sesame oil
1 1/2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sesame seeds
1 clove garlic
1/8 tsp chili flakes
Preheat your oven to 250 C.
Combine honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, chili flakes and sesame seeds.
Slice carrots in small pieces. Toss with soy glaze and place them in a baking dish.
Add one crushed glove of garlic.
Roast for about 30 minutes, tossing in between, until golden brown and crispy.
