Coconut millet

 

1 cup millet
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
1 tbsp rice syrup
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup goji berries


To serve with:


fruits
coconut milk
cherry compote
coconut flakes
linseeds
pistachios

 

Place millet, coconut milk, water, rice syrup and cinnamon in a small pot and bring to boil. Reduce heat to small and cook until millet is thick and all the lickuide sucks into it (about 15 minutes ). Meantime add goji berries so it will soak a bit as well.

Serve with fruits, few spoons of a coconut milk, cherry compote, coconut flakes, linseeds and pistachios.
